Photographer Behind the Camera

  Cool, so I guess it’s time to do a little ‘about me’ blog. My name is Katie and I am 21 years old. The first real memory I had of holding a camera was back in 2015 when my family and I went home to England. My dad taught me how to use his camera and something just clicked.

  After that trip I took photography classes throughout high school alongside with what I learned from my dad.  I figured out pretty quickly that I loved taking portraits and I only evolved from there. The images below are my progression from 2015-2018.

  When I’m not taking photos you can find me either at work or going out with friends! My life revolves around these 3 things. I’m a huge fan of music, in particular electronic, alternative and classic dad rock. While I haven’t gone to many concerts, my goal when it is covid safe is to experience as many as I can afford. And to anyone who has met me at least once, we all know I have a massive love for hats! Honestly there isn’t much to me, I’m a simple person who loves to take photos of people and jam to music
